Matices Home Decor was established in 2024 with the desire to elevate our space with distinctive and unique products.

The nuance "MATICES" in music are those notes that makes the music stand out. In art, MATICES are those colors that give greater life to the painting. In this case, for me, MATICES are those little details that makes our space more welcoming, striking and unique.

Local Pickup Orders

For orders marked Local Pickup, customers will receive a notification when their order is ready.

 

Orders must be picked up within 90 days (3 months) of the notification date.

 

If the order is not picked up within this period, the order will be archived and the items will no longer be held or available for pickup. No refunds or replacements will be issued for unclaimed orders.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been processed, prepared, or shipped. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellations.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery or pickup date.

 

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or use.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within the 15-day period with their order details.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Sale or discounted items
• Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
